Free Shipping and Returns

Our Free Shipping applies to orders shipped in the U.S. Only (unless otherwise stated). All orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped using the standard ground delivery option.

Free Shipping Items

  • Free shipping on all orders - No Minimum Purchase
  • Free shipping on all Rollerblades
  • Free shipping on all Sunglasses (International Free Shipping)
  • Free shipping on all Watches (International Free Shipping)
  • Be aware that with the free shipping option it may take up to two weeks for some items to arrive depending on carrier and final destination but most items will arrive within the usual 1 - 7 business days.

Black Diamond Sports LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen mail BOTH domestically or internationally. You have the option to purchase insurance domestically for $5 fee. Black Diamond Sports LLC is not responsible for any duty fees associated with customs at time of arrival to your country.

Restrictions

  1. Skate Ramps, rails and pipes do not qualify for Free Shipping.
  2. Mountain Boards (MBS) do not qualify for Free Shipping
  3. Black Diamond Sports will not ship any products other than sunglasses and watches to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes and APO's free of charge

Free Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item purchased from Black Diamond Sports! Upon receiving your order, please review your invoice carefully to insure you have received your entire order and all items are what you ordered. If you did not receive items you were invoiced for or your package was damaged during shipping please contact Black Diamond Sports immediately toll free at 877 BDS SKATE (877.237.7528)

To Return your product, fill out our Return Form and send back with the item for return or exchange.

Our exchange and refund policy are outlined below.

Exchanges

We will exchange unworn, unused, or unwashed products in their original condition and with ALL original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase. All exchanges must be accompanied by their original receipt.

  • Products must be in new and unused condition
  • If we have shipped you the wrong item or the wrong size, we will be happy to exchange the item for the correct item and we will absorb all shipping fees.
  • If you made a mistake in ordering and would like to exchange the item for what you really want, no problem, however, you will be responsible for all subsequent shipping fees.
  • Any products returned to us that are used, worn, washed, damaged or products missing original packaging will be returned to the buyer at the buyers expense.
  • Restocking Fee may apply for returned items
  • No returns on Sale Items - sale items are are final - sorry!

 

Return Exclusions:

Inline skates

  • Inline skate Boots and frames may not be mounted or molded under any circumstances.
  • Special orders, used equipment and sale items may not be returned or exchanged.

If you feel you need a half size larger or smaller skate, please call us before sending skates back. Every Skate is a whole and a half size! Skateboards and Longboards

Unfortunately we cannot accept customized skateboards or Longboards for return or exchange.

Boosted Electric Boards

Unfortunately we cannot accept Boosted Electric Longboards for return or exchange.

Refunds

We will refund unworn, unused, or unwashed products in their original condition and with ALL original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase. All refunds must be accompanied by their original receipt.

  • Boots and frames may not be mounted or molded under any circumstances
  • Special orders, Boosted electric longboards, custom built skateboard and longboards, used equipment and sale items may not be returned.
  • If you are returning equipment that initially had free shipping the initial shipping charge will be deducted from the amount credited back to you.

Any products returned to us that are used, worn, washed, damaged or products missing original packaging will be returned to the buyer at the buyers expense.

 
Restocking Fee may apply for returned items
