Black Diamond Sports has a Lowest Price / Price Match Guarantee. We give you quality products at the most affordable rates. If you happen to find another retailer offering a lower price for the same product we would be happy to match the lower price.

How Does It Work?

We price match on all products and manufacturers. To qualify a purchase for price match the product must be matching brand, model number, color, and it must be available for purchase. We only match Apples to Apples. The product must be 100% identical. If the product matches but the retailer you found it from no longer sells this product or happens to be out of stock the price match will not apply.

Whom do we match prices from? We price match all key online and local retailers including Amazon.com. We DO NOT price match Ebay.com or Craigslist.org. We will NOT price match any second hand or potential second hand online or local retailers.

Price Match is only valid at time of purchase. We WILL NOT retroactively price match for a partial refund.

How do I submit for a Price Match?

In Store

Come on down to our shop. Make sure the product you would like us to price match is identical and meets the requirements listed above. If you have a product you would like to price match be sure to have proof that another retailer has a lower price. This can be done by showing us the link to a website on your smartphone. We can also pull up the website during checkout at the front counter. If you are asking us to price match a local shop that might not have prices listed online be prepared to have a picture of their lower price available.
